After Hours Travel Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an After Hours Travel Advisor to provide travel services for business travelers.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange all travel-related services including bookings for air, rail, car, and hotel accommodations
• Communicate with customers to determine travel needs and provide consultative support while adhering to travel policies
• Monitor and maintain reservations, ensuring accuracy and quality control before ticketing

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Post-Secondary Education in Travel and Tourism is preferred
• At least 3 years of travel counselor experience or equivalent travel industry experience
• Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and interpret travel-related documents
