After Hours Travel Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an After Hours Travel Advisor - Emergency Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange domestic and basic international travel services including bookings for air, rail, car, and hotel accommodations
• Communicate with customers to determine travel needs and assist with changes or special requests
• Maintain accurate reservations and monitor assigned tasks to ensure completion

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Post-Secondary Education in Travel and Tourism preferred
• At least 3 years of travel counselor experience or equivalent travel industry experience
• Proficiency in GDS and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
