After Hours Travel Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a After Hours Travel Advisor for Dedicated Client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to determine travel needs and arrange all travel-related services
• Compute costs of travel services and assist customers with changes and special requests
• Maintain reservations, monitor queues, and update passenger profiles

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with Post-Secondary Education in Travel and Tourism preferred
• Sabre experience required
• At least 2 years of travel counselor experience or equivalent travel industry experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels
• Basic geography knowledge and working knowledge of technology and PC literacy
