After Hours Travel Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an After Hours Travel Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange travel services including bookings for air, rail, car, and hotel accommodations
• Assist customers with travel changes, special requests, and ensure quality control of reservations
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of travel documentation, GDS, and industry developments

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Post-Secondary Education in Travel and Tourism preferred
• At least 3 years of travel counselor experience or equivalent travel industry experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GDS
• Ability to perform basic math and read and interpret information
