After Hours Travel Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time After Hours Travel Consultant, this position requires managing all aspects of travel arrangements for clients during evening and weekend shifts, including booking domestic and complex international itineraries, hotel accommodations, and transportation through a GDS system.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer client inquiries and manage travel bookings via calls and emails
• Utilize Sabre to efficiently book airline, hotel, and car reservations
• Maintain knowledge of government travel requirements and ensure compliance with federal regulations

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years experience in booking domestic and international travel
• Proficient in using Sabre GDS; experience with Amadeus is a plus
• Strong understanding of government travel regulations, visas, and passports
• Able to obtain necessary security clearance for high-level accounts
