After Hours Travel Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an After Hours Travel Specialist (remote position).

Key Responsibilities

• Book and follow up on travel reservations for clinicians and internal employees
• Research travel issues and implement corrective actions as needed
• Maintain quality control by monitoring and sorting global distribution system (GDS) queues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of corporate travel experience on Worldspan or Sabre required
• Working knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong customer service mindset
