Job Summary

A company is looking for an Afterhours Travel Agent Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day to day corporate operations and support client support activities
  • Monitor agent workload and ensure telephone service standards are maintained
  • Coordinate operational aspects of new business start-up and support account management efforts
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years agent experience in corporate reservations environment
  • Flexible with shift and weekend availability
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
  • Experience with Worldspan, Sabre, Apollo, Booking Builder, or Travcom preferred
