Job Summary

A company is looking for an Aftermarket Program Manager to lead and coordinate maintenance and service contract programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and enhance maintenance and service contract offerings to meet customer needs and drive growth
  • Lead contract administration, including setup, negotiation, and successful implementation
  • Analyze and report key program metrics, costs, and trends to leadership for strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience in program management, product management, sales, aftermarket, and/or customer service, or Associate Degree with 5 years of experience in the same fields
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including fluency with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
  • Ability to quickly learn and multitask
  • Experience in transport refrigeration & fleet maintenance is an asset
