Aftermarket Sales Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Aftermarket Sales Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues effectively
• Process customer orders and generate detailed quotes for aftermarket parts
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in CRM and inventory systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and two or more years of relevant experience
• Experience with automotive or heavy-duty parts preferred
• Familiarity with JDE E1, Teams, Excel, and Word
• High degree of initiative and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
