Job Summary
To drive sales and build relationships within the Aftermarket Channel, the full-time Aftermarket Sales Representative will generate demand for ASSA ABLOY solutions by engaging with Wholesale Distribution partners, Security Professionals, and Systems Integrators, while working remotely in Massachusetts or Connecticut.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with Aftermarket Channel Partners to increase sales and awareness of ASSA ABLOY products
- Implement lead generation strategies and facilitate training and marketing initiatives with partners
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track account activities, manage business plans, and follow up on leads
Required qualifications
- College/University degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of industry-related sales experience, particularly in the aftermarket channel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools for sales reporting
- Ability to travel within the territory and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. for presentations
- Strong understanding of industry specifications and technical sales aptitude
