Job Summary
Driving the growth of the Sustaining Services business, the full-time salaried Aftermarket Solutions Director will identify and capture new business opportunities, develop aftermarket solutions, and collaborate across functions to ensure sustained revenue growth in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Prioritize target customers and develop a robust sales funnel to exceed revenue targets
- Spearhead the sales process and position business solutions effectively to secure new business
- Lead the development of aftermarket capabilities and align with market trends and customer demands
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 8 or more years of related experience preferred; equivalent education/experience considered
- Proven track record in building and managing sales funnels focused on significant revenue growth
- Deep understanding of Plexus markets and adjacent markets supporting business growth
- Experience in aftermarket operations and solutions development, particularly in the electronics industry
