Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agency Account Manager (AAM) to manage and grow strategic agency partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with agency partners, ensuring engagement and alignment
  • Plan and deliver enablement sessions to educate agencies on advertising solutions
  • Track performance across agency accounts and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 4 to 7+ years of experience in account management or agency management in a B2B SaaS, advertising, or martech environment
  • Proven experience managing external partners or agency relationships
  • Experience handling RFPs and client queries
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and track performance
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
