Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agency Auditor to lead the audit team in conducting audits of escrow accounts and title files, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of escrow accounts and title files, assessing compliance with laws and company guidelines
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to agents' management
• Maintain effective communication with agents and agency managers, fostering professional relationships

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge in IT, auditing, accounting, and title insurance
• Experience in following audit procedures and preparing audit work papers in accordance with GAAP and U.S. GAAS
• Ability to lead an audit team and handle multiple projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining professional relationships
