Agency Closing Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agency Closing Officer (Remote-Eligible).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage operational aspects of multifamily mortgage loan closings
• Maintain communication with customers, vendors, and underwriters for timely settlements
• Review closing documents and verify compliance with investor and underwriting guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Military experience
• At least 3 years of Agency Commercial Mortgage Loan Closing experience
• Preferred 4+ years of Agency Commercial Mortgage Loan Closing experience
• Preferred 4+ years of experience in Salesforce
