Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agency Closing Officer, Director (Remote-Eligible).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage operational aspects of multifamily mortgage loan closings
• Maintain communication with customers, vendors, and underwriters to ensure timely settlements
• Supervise support staff and ensure accuracy in closing documents and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
• At least 5 years of loan closing experience
• Experience with agency commercial mortgage loan closings is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce is preferred
