Agency Commission Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agency Commission Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage shared inbox and slack channels for internal and external inquiries
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Data & Accounting to manage commission and incentive automations and processes
• Serve as a commission expert and help make the process effortless for the Independent Agencies and our Agency Success Managers

Required Qualifications:

• Tech savvy, detailed oriented, organized, flexible and adaptable
• Able to handle high volume of inbound and outbound inquiries on a daily basis
• Experience with data platforms such as Looker, Qlik, and/or BigQuery
• Experience with billing platforms such as Bill.com and/or Routable
• Passionate about taking ownership, solving problems independently, and getting results
