Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 7 years of customer service experience preferred
  • 3 years of experience in regulatory, compliance, or related fields, preferably in financial services
  • Knowledge of bank and deposit compliance regulations
  • Experience responding to written regulatory complaints
