Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and respond to written regulatory complaints from customers within required timeframes
- Manage customer escalations to ensure compliance with professional standards and company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes based on complaint analysis
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 7 years of customer service experience preferred
- 3 years of experience in regulatory, compliance, or related fields, preferably in financial services
- Knowledge of bank and deposit compliance regulations
- Experience responding to written regulatory complaints
