Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agency Complaints Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform risk analysis of account and transaction data to balance customer experience and compliance
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory timeframes and internal Service Level Agreements to avoid compliance violations
  • Assist customers through various communication channels and build relationships to promote customer retention
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Intermediate knowledge of PC hardware and software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Must achieve and maintain Escalated Call Certification
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
