Job Summary
A company is looking for an Agency Complaints Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform risk analysis of account and transaction data to balance customer experience and compliance
- Ensure adherence to regulatory timeframes and internal Service Level Agreements to avoid compliance violations
- Assist customers through various communication channels and build relationships to promote customer retention
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Intermediate knowledge of PC hardware and software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Must achieve and maintain Escalated Call Certification
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
