Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agency Customer Success Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the Customer Success Managers team for the Agency segment
  • Optimize the customer onboarding process to improve time to revenue
  • Manage customer success metrics, develop playbooks, and meet with key customer executives
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant managerial experience in healthcare agency recruiting or Customer Success
  • Leadership and accountability in customer success, implementation, or project management
  • Experience in segment or business strategy launch/growth preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
