- Optimize the customer onboarding process to improve time to revenue
- Manage customer success metrics, develop playbooks, and meet with key customer executives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant managerial experience in healthcare agency recruiting or Customer Success
- Leadership and accountability in customer success, implementation, or project management
- Experience in segment or business strategy launch/growth preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
