Agency Data Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Agency Data Specialist I will manage FTP/download file acquisitions, ensure timely follow-up with agencies on outstanding files, and maintain accurate data exchange with tax agencies for customer benefit.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain CDA and G360 Tracking systems to ensure timely processing of file orders and monitor file costs
• Control agency file data acquisition efforts with thorough follow-up and documentation in CDA Tracking
• Verify call amounts and handle tax information to meet department target file load dates while emphasizing quality and accuracy

Required qualifications

• Experience with data file processing and tracking systems
• Proficiency in FTP and download file acquisition methods
• Ability to perform quality assurance on financial files and procedures
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple agency follow-ups
• Familiarity with tax agency operations and billing processes
