Agency Delivery Specialist
Job Summary
Evaluating loan data and preparing files for delivery to Secondary Market Investors, the full-time Agency Delivery Specialist will audit loan level data, assess loan risk, and ensure data accuracy prior to submission.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate loans using Loan Quality Advisor and EarlyCheck to determine eligibility for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae
- Assist in UCD processing by resolving critical edits and ensuring borrower eligibility before submission
- Collaborate with Underwriting and the Collateral team to resolve documentation discrepancies and ensure compliance
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or equivalent experience preferred
- Previous mortgage loan delivery or post-closing experience required
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Experience with GNMA, FNMA, and Freddie Mac certification processes is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of integrity and confidentiality
