Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agency Development Specialist - National Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and administer agency development processes, including document validation and packet submissions
  • Maintain up-to-date records of activity and interactions using approved systems
  • Assist with general department duties, such as reporting, presentations, and training support


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related field
  • Three years of experience in sales, recruiting, project management, or customer-facing roles
  • Experience in recruiting, distribution models, and/or the insurance industry preferred
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with candidates, field leaders, and business partners
  • Familiarity with tracking systems and administrative processes
