Job Summary
A company is looking for an Agency Development Specialist - National Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and administer agency development processes, including document validation and packet submissions
- Maintain up-to-date records of activity and interactions using approved systems
- Assist with general department duties, such as reporting, presentations, and training support
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related field
- Three years of experience in sales, recruiting, project management, or customer-facing roles
- Experience in recruiting, distribution models, and/or the insurance industry preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with candidates, field leaders, and business partners
- Familiarity with tracking systems and administrative processes
