Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Agency Growth & Marketing to lead agency marketing efforts and support new business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the agency brand across all channels, including website, social media, and events
• Drive marketing initiatives to increase awareness among CMOs and earn industry recognition
• Lead internal and external brand storytelling and manage pitch processes end to end

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience at an advertising agency
• 5+ years working on a new business and/or growth team
• Proven experience leading agency new business development and client pitches
• Strong strategic thinker with the ability to execute independently
• Deep understanding of agency brands, personality, and tone
