Job Summary

Managing the onboarding process for new agencies, the full-time Agency Licensing Coordinator will ensure compliance with state laws by verifying licensing records, executing agency appointments, and maintaining agency information across various systems in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding of new agencies, including license verification and internal system updates
• Maintain knowledge of licensing laws and promote best practices for compliance
• Collaborate with sales teams on agency mergers and acquisitions to ensure seamless transitions

Required qualifications

• Experience in agency licensing or compliance-related roles
• Familiarity with licensing and appointment laws/regulations
• Proficiency in using licensing systems, such as SIRCON's Producer Manager
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
