Agency Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agency Management Specialist to oversee retail agency onboarding and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage retail agency onboarding, including document verification and communication with agencies
• Supervise offshore teams, ensuring work standards and training, while recommending workflow improvements
• Maintain accurate records of producing agencies, including mergers and acquisitions, and manage legal contract documentation

Required Qualifications

• Three years of experience in agency management or a related insurance role
• Familiarity with agency management systems and in-house IT systems; knowledge of IMS or Salesforce is a plus
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven adaptability and professional growth in evolving agency management functions
• Strong initiative and accountability in a fast-paced environment
