Job Summary

A company is looking for an AMS Training Process Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training for new hires and existing employees, both in-person and virtually
• Lead training initiatives during AMS conversions and major updates
• Analyze system data and conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and improve performance

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with agency management systems like Epic or BenefitPoint
• Strong understanding of insurance workflows and their impact on compliance
• Experience in validating user proficiency and implementing remediation training
• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with learning management systems and agency technology tools
