Job Summary
To build a systematic lead generation engine, the full-time remote Agency Marketing Lead will own the qualified agency lead target, develop top-of-funnel marketing strategies, and run weekly experimentation to refine campaigns that attract travel agencies.
Key responsibilities
- Own the qualified agency lead target and establish monthly goals in collaboration with the Head of Agency Sales
- Build and instrument the top-of-funnel marketing strategies, including tracking and attribution across various channels
- Run weekly lead generation experiments, documenting results and refining strategies based on performance
Required qualifications
- B2B demand generation experience, particularly with SMBs or mid-market companies
- Experience in building or contributing to a demand generation function from the ground up
- Fluency in funnel instrumentation and data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in managing marketing technology stacks, including HubSpot
- Experience in marketing SaaS tools to agency owners or independent professionals is a plus
