Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agency Marketing Partner Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing plans for insurance agencies.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement marketing tactics such as targeted email campaigns, social media, newsletters, webinars, and advertising
• Work closely with account managers to gather demographic data, coordinate customer engagement, and manage online reviews
• Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to utilize design software, automation tools, and reporting systems

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in marketing management
• Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Suite and Canva
• Social media experience, including organic and paid growth
• Event planning skills preferred
• Previous insurance knowledge appreciated, but not required
