Agency Operations Manager

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence in a remote capacity, the full-time Agency Operations Manager, AI & Transformation will execute AI enablement programs, develop standard operating procedures, and lead change management initiatives across the agency.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with agency leadership to implement AI initiatives and transformation programs
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and operational documentation
• Manage operational improvement projects and facilitate cross-functional collaboration

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in agency operations, project management, or organizational change
• Experience with large-scale operational or technology transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated expertise in SOP creation and workflow optimization
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
