Agency Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Serving as the firm's primary resource for operational expertise, the full-time Agency Operations & Commission Specialist will manage commission processing, carrier contracting, and reporting while ensuring the integrity and efficiency of agency operations in a remote or hybrid role.
Key responsibilities
- Administer the Agency Integrator platform, maintaining accurate data and improving workflows
- Design and produce operational reports, ensuring data integrity and analyzing trends for process improvements
- Process and reconcile commissions for life insurance, disability insurance, and annuity products, addressing discrepancies and ensuring timely payments
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in insurance operations, commissions, or agency administration
- Knowledge of life insurance, disability insurance, and annuity products
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
