Agency Partner Manager

Job Summary

To enhance Lemonade's presence in the independent agency channel, the full-time remote Agency Partner Manager will manage the entire lifecycle of agency partnerships, from prospecting and onboarding to performance management and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an agency expansion strategy to drive sustainable growth across various partners
• Own the full partnership lifecycle, including prospecting, onboarding, performance management, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and improve agency partnerships based on market trends and data insights

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the personal lines industry, preferably with business development experience in the Texas market
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical instincts with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
• Exceptional relationship management skills and ability to build trust with partners and stakeholders
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and a commitment to learning how it impacts the industry
