Job Summary

To support a growing talent solutions department, the full-time Recruiter will manage their own agency desk, overseeing business development, client relationships, and the full recruiting cycle remotely in a performance-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the recruitment desk end-to-end, from client acquisition to offer negotiation and placement closure
• Build and manage a portfolio of client relationships, acting as a trusted talent partner in a chosen niche
• Source, screen, and place candidates using Elly.ai's AI-powered recruiting platform while driving the pipeline independently

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of agency recruiting experience with a proven track record of closed placements and repeat clients
• Demonstrated ability to independently develop new business relationships and manage a client portfolio
• Experience running full-cycle searches across various staffing engagements
• Self-directed, entrepreneurial working style with strong candidate sourcing skills across modern channels
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment focused on performance
