Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agency Representative (Mid Atlantic).

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains agency relationships while managing ongoing business interactions
• Prepares agency applications and conducts regular reviews of agent operations with a focus on risk control
• Acts as a liaison between the company and agents, and plans educational seminars for agents and trade organizations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in sales and marketing
• Proven customer service skills
• Ability to instruct and guide agency personnel in using company tools
• Knowledge of compliance and risk control practices
• Experience in preparing promotional materials and agency reports
