Agency Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agency Representative (Mid-Atlantic).

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains agency relationships while managing ongoing business relationships with agents
• Prepares and submits agency applications for review and conducts regular reviews of agent operations
• Plans and conducts educational seminars for agents and trade organizations in coordination with the legal department

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proven experience in customer service, sales, and marketing
• Ability to instruct and guide agency personnel in using company tools and submitting reports
• Experience in preparing agency terminations or cancellations
• Familiarity with promotional material development
• Experience in liaising with agents and trade organizations
