Agency Services Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting operational processes for agency setup and maintenance, the full-time Agency Services Specialist will manage broker data changes, contracting activities, and ensure data integrity within internal systems while working remotely or from specified locations.

Key responsibilities

• Process agency hierarchy setup and updates, including Broker of Record changes and ongoing data upkeep
• Support maintenance of broker data and agency records to ensure accuracy and compliance with operational requirements
• Facilitate contracting, licensing, and appointment activities, including validations and requirement reviews

Required qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in group benefits insurance preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience required
• Experience with insurance broker data management and/or contracting, licensing, and appointments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand operational complexity and cross-functional impacts
• Demonstrated ability to balance accuracy, speed, and service quality
