Job Summary

Defining the agency success function from the ground up, the full-time remote Agency Success Manager will strategically consult with influential travel agencies to enhance their growth and operational efficiency using Tern's platform.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and implement the agency success strategy, including segmentation and engagement models
  • Own post-sale success initiatives, including activation plans and structured business reviews tied to growth outcomes
  • Collaborate with the Implementation team and Head of CX to ensure long-term agency relationships and support enterprise launches
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, strategic consulting, or senior sales roles focused on adoption and revenue growth
  • Proven track record of managing a diverse book of business and driving measurable growth
  • Experience in building repeatable processes in incomplete environments
  • Ability to navigate both SMB/mid-market and enterprise complexities
  • Strong instincts for driving adoption at the agency or team level
