Agency Support Consultant

Job Summary

Providing essential back-end support to multiple internal Health Solutions sales teams, the fully remote Agency Support Senior Consultant II will manage sales-marketing projects, email marketing campaigns, and event planning while educating agencies on available resources and optimizing their business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for internal sales team inquiries and escalations, directing them to appropriate resources
• Educate agencies through marketing campaigns on available resources and identify additional needs for improved self-sufficiency
• Coordinate and plan marketing activities and events across multiple territories, ensuring effective communication and execution

Required qualifications

• Experience in sales support or marketing within the insurance or health solutions industry
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
• Strong understanding of agency operations and sales processes
• Experience with event planning and coordination
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
