Agency Systems Manager

Job Summary

To support operational excellence, the full-time Agency Systems Manager will maintain and optimize internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and streamlined processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimize project management and CRM tools, ensuring clean data and operational consistency
• Support revenue operations by maintaining accurate data flow and collaborating with various teams to ensure consistent reporting
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation to enhance internal processes and client-facing needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business, information systems, operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, revenue operations, or systems administration within an agency or similar environment
• Proficiency with project management and CRM tools, especially ClickUp and HubSpot
• Analytically minded with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements
• Process-oriented and tech-curious, with a genuine interest in enhancing operational systems
