Agent and Broker Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agent & Broker Product Owner to support a government program focused on digital solutions for the Agent and Broker ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Product Owner for Agent and Broker digital products and tools
• Manage and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements
• Define, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-groomed and actionable

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in product management or product ownership roles
• At least 5+ years of experience in regulated industries such as insurance or healthcare
• Strong experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and Agile delivery processes
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
