Agent Architect

Job Summary

To support innovative marketing solutions, the full-time remote Agent Architect will design and implement multi-agent workflows, optimize performance through rigorous evaluation frameworks, and develop scalable frameworks for diverse brand needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-agent workflows, including task decomposition and state management
• Implement evaluation frameworks to measure and improve agent performance at scale
• Act as the technical lead for complex client deployments, translating creative briefs into AI workflows

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of direct generative AI experience with a strong understanding of LLMs and multimodal models
• Proficient in Python, JSON structures, and API documentation; experience with orchestration frameworks is a plus
• Familiarity with benchmarking and A/B testing of AI outputs
• Ability to bridge creative intent with technical execution in AI workflows
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills related to AI behavior and performance
