Agent Architect

Job Summary

As a fully remote opportunity, the full-time Agent Architect will design and implement the operational framework for AI Superhumans, guiding customers through technical integration and activation while ensuring seamless workflows and system mapping.

Key responsibilities

• Architect Superhuman Activation by leading the technical discovery and mapping existing business systems to the AI framework
• Design and implement data flows between 1mind agents and client tech stacks, including CRMs and APIs
• Serve as the technical face of the services team, guiding stakeholders through the activation journey and ensuring peak performance through quality assurance

Required qualifications

• 3 - 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role within a SaaS environment
• Proven track record of system integration, comfortable with REST APIs and middleware
• Experience in workflow design using tools like LucidChart, Miro, or Visio
• Experience managing high-stakes projects for enterprise-level stakeholders during the onboarding lifecycle
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt communication styles for diverse audiences
