Job Summary
To design and implement innovative agent workflows, the full-time remote Agent Architect will engineer behavior for multi-agent systems, focusing on core systems and bespoke client solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-agent workflows, including task decomposition and state management
- Develop rigorous evaluation frameworks to measure and optimize agent performance at scale
- Act as the technical lead for complex client deployments, translating creative briefs into deterministic AI workflows
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of direct experience with generative AI and a strong understanding of LLMs and multimodal models
- Proven systems thinking with the ability to understand complex interactions within agent architectures
- Technical literacy in Python, JSON structures, and API documentation; experience with orchestration frameworks is a plus
- Familiarity with benchmarking and A/B testing of AI outputs to ensure performance measurement
- Ability to translate creative concepts into technical specifications for AI behavior adjustments
