Job Summary
To support innovative marketing solutions, the full-time remote Agent Architect will design and implement multi-agent workflows, optimize systems for performance, and develop scalable frameworks to serve diverse client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-agent workflows, including task decomposition and state management
- Implement rigorous evaluation frameworks to measure and improve agent performance at scale
- Act as the technical lead for complex client deployments, translating creative briefs into deterministic AI workflows
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of direct GenAI experience with a strong understanding of LLMs and multimodal models
- Proficiency in Python, JSON structures, and API documentation; experience with orchestration frameworks is a plus
- Familiarity with benchmarking and A/B testing AI outputs
- Ability to bridge creative intent and technical execution effectively
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills related to agent architecture
