Agent Architect

Job Summary

Designing and optimizing multi-agent workflows, the full-time Agent Architect will engineer behavior and develop scalable frameworks for a creative engine that serves diverse global brands while working remotely from Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-agent workflows, focusing on task decomposition and state management
• Develop rigorous evaluation frameworks to measure and improve agent performance at scale
• Act as the technical lead for complex client deployments, translating creative briefs into deterministic AI workflows

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of direct experience with generative AI, particularly LLMs and multimodal models
• Strong systems thinking with an understanding of latent space and context management
• Technical literacy in Python, JSON structures, and API documentation
• Experience with evaluation methods such as benchmarking and A/B testing of AI outputs
• Ability to bridge creative and technical requirements effectively
