Job Summary
Designing and optimizing multi-agent workflows, the full-time Agent Architect will engineer behavior and develop scalable frameworks for a creative engine that serves diverse global brands while working remotely from Mexico.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-agent workflows, focusing on task decomposition and state management
- Develop rigorous evaluation frameworks to measure and improve agent performance at scale
- Act as the technical lead for complex client deployments, translating creative briefs into deterministic AI workflows
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of direct experience with generative AI, particularly LLMs and multimodal models
- Strong systems thinking with an understanding of latent space and context management
- Technical literacy in Python, JSON structures, and API documentation
- Experience with evaluation methods such as benchmarking and A/B testing of AI outputs
- Ability to bridge creative and technical requirements effectively
