Agent Banking Portfolio Liaison

Job Summary

Overseeing all aspects of Participation Servicing for an assigned portfolio, the full-time Agent Banking Portfolio Liaison will ensure timely exchanges of payments, advances, and billing while serving as a key liaison between the business front office and participating banks, with potential for remote work eligibility.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and deliver instructions to the Servicing team for processing requests in the commercial lending system
• Maintain accurate accounting of daily sweep activity and ensure weekly reconciliation before settling accounts with participating banks
• Manage customer-facing exceptions and ensure accurate accounting of transactions to keep the portfolio up to date

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years related work experience, including at least 1 year in commercial loan servicing, or a combined minimum of 6 years of higher education and/or related work experience with the same commercial loan servicing requirement
• Proficient in personal computers, including word processing and spreadsheet software
• Excellent math and reading skills
• Superior communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize tasks effectively
