Agent Banking Portfolio Liaison

Job Summary

Overseeing all aspects of Participation Servicing for an assigned portfolio, the full-time Agent Banking Portfolio Liaison will ensure timely exchanges of payments, advances, and billing between banks while serving as a liaison to lead and participating banks, with the possibility of remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Review and deliver instructions for servicing requests in the commercial lending system
• Maintain accurate accounting and reconciliation of daily sweep activity and transactions
• Manage customer-facing exceptions and ensure accurate billing and interest accruals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years' related work experience in commercial loan servicing, or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Proficiency in personal computers, including word processing and spreadsheet software
• Excellent math and reading skills
• Superior communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize effectively
