Job Summary
To shape the logic and personality of Luma Agents within the core canvas platform, the full-time remote Agent Behavior Designer will analyze complex agent traces, architect prompt stacks, and develop Python-based evaluation scripts while ensuring optimal user experiences in generative AI.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and debug agent behaviors by analyzing complex traces and system logs
- Shape agent logic by refining prompt stacks and managing context windows for optimal functionality
- Build evaluation scripts in Python and collaborate with the Evals team to establish performance baselines
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a technology-driven environment with a focus on analytical and creative problem-solving
- Proven experience building AI or agentic workflows within the past two years
- Technical literacy in managing development environments, navigating code repositories, and writing functional Python scripts
- Exceptional command of language with an understanding of how linguistic adjustments impact AI outputs
- Analytical persistence and qualitative judgment in iterating through complex edge cases
