Agent Development Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Agent Development Engineer - Agent Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain features within agentic frameworks and automate workflows for the Agent Trust and Inspection team
• Develop and deploy adversarial agents and test environments to secure AI agents and embed security guardrails
• Collaborate in a team-focused environment, share knowledge, mentor teammates, and evaluate new agentic technologies

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering or equivalent educational background
• 5+ years of experience in Python programming and designing Machine Learning/autonomous systems in production
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as Langchain and Langraph
• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience with SaaS products in cloud environments, containerization technologies, and modern distributed systems
