A company is looking for an Agent Engagement and Performance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and manage a large team of Medicare Insurance Agents
• Inspire and lead teams to exceed sales and growth targets
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and track metrics and drive performance

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience coaching agents to sales success
• Experience as a licensed Insurance agent
• Solid understanding of CMS and Health Care Reform rules and regulations
• Inside sales experience in a Medicare and/or individual sales environment
• Proven track record of increasing sales in a phone-based environment
