Key Responsibilities:

Train and manage a large team of Medicare Insurance Agents
Inspire and lead teams to exceed sales and growth targets
Collaborate with leadership to develop and track metrics and drive performance

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience coaching agents to sales success
Experience as a licensed Insurance agent
Solid understanding of CMS and Health Care Reform rules and regulations
Inside sales experience in a Medicare and/or individual sales environment
Proven track record of increasing sales in a phone-based environment
