Agent Identity Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a W2 basis during EST hours, the Agent Identity Engineer will design and implement security controls for non-human and agentic identities in AI environments while collaborating with a high-impact IAM team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement robust controls for agentic and non-human identities in AI environments
• Develop detective and preventative mechanisms for risky or unmanaged identities
• Align enterprise identity controls with AI security initiatives in partnership with IAM teams

Required qualifications

• Strong engineering background in IAM and cloud identity controls
• Hands-on experience with non-human, service, machine, or workload identities
• Deep expertise in AWS IAM, ABAC, RBAC, SCPs, and permission boundaries
• Proven experience in AI agent and non-human identity IAM/security
• Practical understanding of privilege escalation and blast radius reduction
